- Four Times competed at the Blues Foundation's International Blues Competition in Memphis Tn , and beating out hundreds of performers en route to the IBC Semi-Finals.
- Been named an Honorable Kentucky Colonel, as an ambassador presenting Kentucky's rich musical heritage to the rest of the nation, and the world.
